Charleys Horse is all about authentic Mexican food ,this is definitely not Mex Tex.

One of England’s oldest Mexican Cantinas we  opened our doors in historic Royal Windsor in 1987,since then we have been sharing our mouth watering tasty dishes with our guests. Our Cantina is what we are about, here we bring authentic dishes to your table in a relaxed Latin atmosphere located inside the unique setting of a 100 year old brick arch .

Each dish made in house using the freshest ingredients and cooked by our chefs who  are passionate about the  Mexican food they prepare for you. The origins of your taste experience  dates back to the Aztecs and infused with the influences of the Spanish and French, we are renowned for our fresh salsas the basis of all great Mexican food  our other specialties are  Guacamole , Nachos, Chillies & Fajitas.

The bar which is open to none diners is stocked with at least 7 different  Mexican beers, 30 different Tequilas and  Mexican wines, we also have an extensive cocktail list . We are famous for our Margaritas a subtle blend of Tequila ,Triple Sec and our very own lemon mix, how do you take yours blended, on the rocks with salt or without ?

On Friday and Saturday night we have our live Djs playing your requests what are your favourites? from Ne-Yo to Nelly, Maria to Rhianna and right back to the cheesy 80's Abba, Queen and everyones favourite WHAM!, so after dinner or a few drinks at the bar why not dance the night away until 01.00am.
